Hi today I am going to talk about a news published in the online newspaper the guardian of the United Kingdom at the economic section

This news talks about a great topic because the economy at United Kingdom is emerging from “the long and dark tunnel of stagnation into the sunlight of strong growth” this because houses and car provided the latest evidence of recovery.

How houses and cars can recovery the economy? Because buying a home and buying a car represents the two big-ticket items of consumer spending and “when times are bad, then the number of people putting their foot on the property ladder is a good guide to an economy starting to gather momentum.”

The last studies that showed that the number of first-time buyers was up by 45% between July 2012 and July 2013. The figure was the highest for any month since November 2007, when the financial crisis was still in its infancy.

Two months of strong data and a further increase in market interest rates later, however, there was radio silence from the Bank.

The lack of a statement did indeed lead to interest rates on 10-year gilts edging towards 3% and the pound rising against the dollar and the euro. It is hard to believe, however, that the Bank is happy with this state of affairs. It still believes that a premature tightening of policy could choke off nascent growth.

Hi everyone today I will talk (and I have to do it) about this language and about this subject English.

In my experience when I was a child I do not care this language because I never had to used it but that changed when arrived my cousin from Denmark and I learn only with practice and patience (and was better learn English instead Danish)

If I have to talk about this subject I have to say that is so much better that English three because I have to talk a lot and in that way I learn a lot of words (and how to use that words)Besides the difficult of this subject its perfect

If you want to know my opinion about the use of the blogs in this subject I have to be honest and say that I think that is bored but I realize that are very useful because when you have to write you learn a lot for example in this moment when I do not a word writing this text in my blog I use internet and search that word and I can use that word in other moments when I have to talk with other persons.

Out of the classroom I use a lot English for example I like lot of music and when I like to know about the lyrics of a English song I search it and I learn new words or I translate it.

Other way of use the English out of the classroom is when sometimes I walk for Santiago I try to help to the people of other countries to find places or streets and I have to do it with perfect English.

Finally in my opinion I enjoyed so much this class because I learnt a lot and I think that is very useful.

Cats

Hi today I have to write a free topic and I want to do it about cats and my experience with cats.
If you search a definition about what is a cat you can find something like a small, usually furry, domesticated, and carnivorous mammal that live usually indoor and for that is called housecat.
But in our days is funny think that a cat is more than that because exist a lot of people that says that they are a "cat lovers" and I do the question what is be a cat lover?
Maybe a cat lover is a person that love cats search funny videos pictures on internet but never in his life have had a cat.

In my experience a cat is more than funny moments or a pet actually a cat for me is company and a lot of evenings sleeping with them.

In my life I had like six or seven cats but I want to talk specially about my favorite cat that  I had Kurt

Kurt called like that because my sister in those years loved Kurt cobain (Nirvana) but we realized that Kurt was female, she grown up with me I love kurt, we sleep together when I had study she was with me sadly she died the last year. when she die I was very sad because she was with me my whole life.

currently I have other cat his name is oligopolio, I have this cat like 6 months is very funny he likes play with my dog tail and I hope that he can live for many years

How green I am

Hi today I am going to talk about how green I am.
I think that I try to be green but so many times I cannot because in Chile there is no a culture of recycling.
In Chile we do not have places where learn about environmental practices, I would like that Chilean State make environmental policies in all the schools in Chile for our children knows about how can we make for recycle our trashes.
One way that I feel green is use my legs instead of cars, or use public transport instead that your personal car is little things that help to our environment, other way is use bikes but sadly in Chile we have just a few bicycles lanes and that bicycles lanes are very bad. Chilean state and the environmental ministry have to worry about to teach to the people how recycle, put bit in all the blocks to separate trash and promote the use of other energies that help environment.    

We can do a lot of things to help the environment for example we can try to use less our cars and more our bicycles and legs. Separate our trash in different bits, use only products made by recycled materials and avoid the plastic because it’s too hard to recycle.

We still need learn about recycling because our society does not have the knowledge of the importance that this issue represents. The society even can save money recycling.

Hi today I am going to talk about my favorite month September.

This month is great because the winter is finished, the sun begins to shine, besides in my country Chile we celebrate our independence on september 18th because in this date was formed  the first "junta de gobierno" that proclaimed Chile an autonomous republic within the Spanish monarchy. 

But in Chile September means something else that a celebration because a military coup that overthrew the democratic president  Salvador Allende happens on September 11th of 1973 led by general Augusto Pinochet Ugarte, took over the control of the country. In the first years of the regime were so violent because in Chile at least 3000 dead were killed by the regime of Augusto Pinochet.

In the 17 years of this regime a new constitution were approved, we have economic crisis and a lot of human rights violations.  

In Chile the people have mixed feelings because September means a great party, holidays, alcohol, and happiness but in the other side means sad, dead and a date that separates to our people every September 11th.

In my opinion September it’s a great month because we have big parties for the celebration of our independence and at Chile we don’t have parties every month but if we want to celebrate first we have to remember with respect to all the victims of the military coup, and have in our minds that in Chile in the future we don’t want more dead or human rights violations.

My future job

Hi everyone today I am going to talk about my future job  really I never make me the question about what I want to do as a job in the future, because I still see that moment very far, but is obvious that it will be related with what I am studing in this moment  (public administration). In this area I have a lot of posibilities like have a work in ministeries, municipalities and in the diferents public agencies that exist in this country called Chile.

If I have to decide about one of those posibilities I would like work in a ministery and besides teach class at the Universidad de Chile, because I think is a great have that contact with young people and young minds. 

If I could decide other thing no related with the public administration I would like to have a bar with my friends, I think is a wonderful business because there a lot of people who wants to get drunk in this planet, so  for that we will ever have customers.

Maybe work like public administrator or be the owner of a bar are the only things that I want to do in the future as a job.        

    

My best holidays

Hi everyone today I am going to talk about my best holidays, in 2010 I had a lot of fun with my friends because we did a lot of things like play football, play with our band, drink a lot of beer, go to parties and that kind of activities that you do when you have a lot of free time.

I remember that all the days of that summer were like Friday or Saturday, I think that the best part of holidays is that thing that you feel when you do not have responsibilities, that wonderful feeling when you do not feel guilty for wake up at 1 o` clock 

In February I went to Viña del Mar with my friends Eric and Christian , we went to the beach and we had a lot of fun besides we went to the stadium we watch a match between Santiago Wanderers de Valparaiso against Universidad de Chile at Playa Ancha stadium.

My holidays were very good because I did not have any responsibility, I had a lot of fun, we were in other city without parents and we did all the we wanted to do.
